La réussite via des ateliers de sensibilisation


Faciliter la réussite des entrepreneurs issus de la diversité ethnoculturelle en s'impliquant à des ateliers de sensibilisation

Entreprendre ici a obtenu un financement du ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) afin de mettre en place des activités de développement de compétences en matière d'inter-action culturelle dans 10 régions administratives du Québec. Ces activités sont destinées aux intervenants de l’écosystème entrepreneurial (OBNL, MRC, concertations, agence de développement économique, Chambre de commerce…)

Awareness

Raising awareness through workshops delivered to stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Impact

Showcasing impact through video profiles highlighting the journeys of entrepreneurs from ethnoculturally diverse backgrounds.

Communications

Building connections and networking through the organization of Ethnocultural Diversity Entrepreneurship Days.

Participate in Workshops on the Intercultural Approach:

Entrepreneurial ecosystem professionals, engage in meaningful discussions on the intercultural approach, intercultural management, intercultural communication, Quebec business culture, unconscious biases, prejudices, and stereotypes.

Discover New Perspectives

Take part in Intercultural Entrepreneurship Days. These enriching events create opportunities for entrepreneurs from ethnoculturally diverse backgrounds to connect with stakeholders from the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Key Objectives


From reducing our carbon footprint to adopting renewable energy and preserving biodiversity, our key achievements reflect our commitment to creating a sustainable future for all.

Raise Awareness

among local ecosystems about entrepreneurial diversity by fostering intercultural connections and mobilizing socioeconomic stakeholders.


Prevent and Counte

prejudice, discrimination, and intimidation that entrepreneurs may experience or perceive in the business world.


Promote

the full participation of entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds in the regional ecosystem.


Create

opportunities for dialogue and exchange among diverse communities.


Facilitate

networking among different communities, help attract new ethnoculturally diverse entrepreneurs to the regions, and showcase successful role models.


Encourage

the sharing of best practices across the different regions of Quebec.
